Luiz Felipe Cavalcante de Melo Lima

President

President of the Association for the Real Estate and Tourism Development in the of Northeast of Brazil - ADIT Nordeste (www.aditnordeste.org.br), an entity responsible for the coordination and attraction of tourism and real estate investment in the Northeast, creation of an environment of legal certainty for investors and the promotion of residential tourism in the region. He is also the president of NORDESTE INVEST - International Meeting of Real Estate Investment and Tourism in the Northeast of Brazil (www.nordesteinvest.com), the most important event in the sector in Brazil. Moreover, he is a permanent member of the Comitê de Integração Internacional da Confederação Nacional da Indústria - CNI, where he represents the construction industry and the Brazilian real estate market and is a permanent member of the Núcleo de Altos Temas - NAT of SECOVI / SP, which brings together personalities from various sectors with the aim of discussing issues of great national interest. He was President of the Associação das Empresas do Mercado Imobiliário de Alagoas - ADEMI / LA, vice president of the Sindicato da Indústria da Construção Civil do Estado de Alagoas, member of the Conselho de Desenvolvimento Econômico do Estado de Alagoas and the Conselho de Proteção ao Meio-Ambiente de Maceió, as well as Secretary of Tourism of Barra de São Miguel, the largest tourist resort of Alagoas. He has operated in the sectors of civil construction and real estate market since 1995, as a director-partner, having developed and built over 80 projects and 1,700 residential units. In addition to lots and buildings of high luxury, he also acted in the area of popular housing and urban infrastructure, such as sewer systems, water supply, electricity, paving of roads and highways, landfills, among others. Since 2005 he is director-partner of Vivendi Empreendimentos, specialized in the development of tourism enterprises and property for the international market. He is graduated in Business Administration and Marketing, with Post-Graduate in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV.

Hélio Ribeiro de Abreu

Vice-president – Alagoas

A civil engineer from the Federal University of Ceará, with an MBA in Business Management from the Cabral Foundation. He is financial and management director of Record Planejamento e Construção Ltda, vice-president for ADIT Northeast for the state of Alagoas.

Roberto Carlos Monteiro Lopes

Vice-president – Bahia

Vice - President of the Association for the Real Estate and Tourism Development in the Northeast of Brazil - ADIT Nordeste, in the state of Bahia, Company Administrator (UNIFACS), post graduate in real estate development (UNIFACS), post graduate in marketing (ESPM) and MBA in business management (IBMEC).

He worked as financial coordinator of works in consortium MPH / Catabas (Odebrecht Group) from 1987 to 1988, was independent auditor for Price Waterhouse from 1989 to 1990 and business-director of developments of Canadá Empreendimentos, from 1992 to 2005 where he developed and constructed popular pieces of land, high luxury pieces of land, closed in condominium houses, tourist / residential, and hotel developments, among them the Holliday Inn Salvador, totaling nearly 2,000 real estate units.

Since 2005 he has been a business-director of Incopar Desenvolvimento Imobiliário and Lopes Planejamentos Imobiliários and has developed the project of one of the largest industrial condominiums in Brazil, connected to the Camaçari Petrochemical pole in the state of Bahia, in partnership with construction companies from Bahia, São Paulo, and international investment funds.

He was director of expanding markets of Ademi-Bahia from 2002 to 2007 where he organized the participation of construction companies from Bahia in Real Estate Exhibitions in Portugal and Spain, took part in several Road Shows aiming the attraction of real estate investors in England and also in missions to attract investments for Bahia, in Spain and the United States.

At present he is part of the council of economic and social development of the industrial city of Camaçari-Bahia, where it is located the biggest petrochemical center of Latin America and a member of the board of Ademi - Bahia, a state that, by the year 2008, will hold the 2nd place in the Brazilian ranking, in terms of volume of property launchings, behind Sao Paulo only.

Francisco Eugênio Montenegro da Rocha

Vice-president – Ceará

Civil Engineer graduated from Escola de Engenharia da Universidade Federal do Ceara. (1981).

Since 1994, has been Partner and Technical Director for Fibra Engenharia Ltda. (www.fibraonline.com.br). He is the director of Internatinoal Investments for Sinduscon-CE (From 2008 until present day).

He accomplished the construction of residential and commercial buildings along with hotels, totaling a 264,000 square meters of built area, besides acting in a variety of public projects as designated engineer.

Member and co-founder of ADIT Nordeste (The Association for Real Estate and Tourism Development in the Northeast of Brazil), and is the representative for the state of Ceara since 2006.

He is the co-author of Livro Logística e Lógica na Construção Lean – a clear take on managing building constructions. It was a collaborative effort between Pedro Eduardo Pereira, Luiz Fernando Heineck and Izabel Telles P. Rodriges. The book was requested for the Library of Congress in the United States and has been recommended as a learning tool for logistics in the Production Engineering course at Fundacao Vanzolini in Sao Paulo, by Professor Roberto Tadeu Mingroni.

Stelo Olímpio Barata de Queiroga

Vice-president – Paraíba

Civil engineer graduating from UFPB in 1982, director of several companies including Cobrás Imóveis Ltda, Atlanta Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda, Natal Construções e Incorporações Ltda and Construtora Lajes Spe Ltda, full member of the João Pessoa Urban Development Board, former president of Sinduscon-JP and vice-president at ADIT Northeast for Paraíba.

 

 

José Antônio Alvarez de Lucas Simón

Vice-president – Pernambuco

Civil engineer and business manager, postgraduate in safety engineering. Technical director of Incorporadora Malus Ltda and the Lucsim Hotéis S.A. Full member of the Aballistic Control Comission (CCU), for City Hall in the city of Recife, member of the Consultative Committee at ADEMI-Pe. He is a former president of ADEMI/PE, having held the position between 2000 and 2002, and vice-president of ADIT Northeast for the state of Pernambuco

Silvio de A. Bezerra

Vice-president – Rio Grande do Norte

Civil engineer graduating from UFRN, holding a postgraduate degree in Total Quality Management ( URFN ) and in marketing ( Getúlio Vargas Foundation ). He was a real estate director of Sinduscon/RN – RN Civil Construction Industry Union – for two three-year mandates ( 1996 to 2001 ) and a commercial and executive director of the Dois Pontos newspaper, Natal. He has frequently taken part as a speaker and exhibitor on a variety of courses in the Engineering and Project and during seminars and talks on Quality and Productivity in the Civil Construction Industry. He is currently is his second term of office as President of Sinduscon-RN and vice-president of ADIT NORTHEAST (Association for Real Estate and Tourism Development in the Brazilian Northeast). He is a commercial director at ECOCIL, a company with a 57-year history, and considered as the biggest in its industry in Rio Grande do Norte.

Cristiano Teixeira

Vice-president – Sergipe

A business management and marketing graduate from the Bentley College with an MBA from Dom Cabral Foundation. He worked at Cara Interactive in Boston, in 2002, a global French company focusing on online advertising, and at Asiafoods.com, in Boston, on-line company focusing on the primary US market for Asian products. In 2003, he joined the Doloitte & Touche, a global audit and consultancy company where he was an accounting auditor, reviewing and auditing internal controls at companies such as Dupont, Hunstmen, HSBC, Camargo Correa, among others.. In January 2005, he joined Construtora Norcon as an assistant to the board. He has been administrative director since 2006. Vice-president for ADIT Northeast for the state.

José Joaquim da Cunha Santana

Counselor – Alagoas

Buildings Technician, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UFAL and realtor. Management partner at Teto Planejamento e Incorporações Ltda, and Teto Construções e Empreendimentos Ltda. Member of the Alagoas Real Estate Business Association, founding partner of ADIT Northeast – currently an Audit Committee member.

Ruy Ribeiro Castelo Branco

Counselor – Ceará

Civil engineer (UFC) and Business Manager (UECE), auditor at the Federal Revenue Office of Brazil, President of CCB – Construtora Castelo Branco Ltda, founded in 1998. Audit Committee member at ADIT Northeast, Audit Committee member at COOPERCON ( Ceará Civil Construction Cooperative ), director of Sinduscon – CE, for the environment, Specialization in Buildings from the Federal University of Ceará. He was a University professor at UNIFOR ( University of Fortaleza ) in business management.

Jorge Maurício Freire Mororó

Couselor – Rio Grande do Norte

Graduated in civil engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. He was a director at Construtora Rebelo Flor Lta for 14 years and the RN Engineering Union for 4 years. He is a director for the RN Civil Construction Industry Union – Sinduscon/RN ( for terms including his current term ) and director and owner of Zeta Construção Civil LTDA. Member of the Audit Committee fro ADIT Northeast.
