The Nordeste Invest is an event promoted by ADIT Nordeste, that aims to connect the Real Estate and Tourism sectors by attracting investments to the Brazilian northeast. The event is designed to hotel chains, real estate agencies, construction companies, financial institutions, public administration, law offices, architects, consultants, executives (national and international real estate funds) interested in investing in the northeast.

Divided into three parts – International Conference, Exhibition and Business Round – the Nordeste Invest is the meeting point of those who want to invest in the tourism and real estate potential of the Brazilian northeast and promotes the integration among Brazilian and foreign companies, allowing the participants to have more knowledge about the reality of the northeast market.

International Conference

It is the space where executives and national and international real estate and tourism sector experts discuss the perspectives of these markets in the northeast and exchange experiences about investments in the region.

Exhibition

The Exhibition is an excellent opportunity for displaying products and services. With the participation of hotel chains, real estate agencies, construction companies, developers, law offices, architects, international fairs, class associations and city and state government representatives, The Exhibition is the ideal space for the visitors to increase their contacts and get to know the opportunities of investment in the northeast as well as the sector activities that have been developed by foreign companies.

Business Round

The Business Round is one of the innovations of the Nordeste Invest. Specially designed to generate business, The Round is one of the most effective instruments for the promotion of new investments. By means of it, the participating companies have mutual contact and can discuss the possibilities of investment and close partnership for new business.
